Seventeen bosses. One kitchen.

Every level ends in its own multi-phase boss with a Borderlands-style intro card — and on replays an alternate can cover the shift. Here are three of the seventeen.

The Hook

Most roguelikes punish you for grabbing too little.
MEATBALLS punishes you for grabbing too much.

Every item bolts power and weight onto your meatball. Push past your structural integrity and the seams give out — mid-fight, mid-boss, mid-brag. The best players aren't the greediest. They're the ones who know exactly how much they can carry to the door.

Build a meatball. Make it ridiculous.

Eighteen meatballs, dozens of weapons and items, and enough synergies to turn an arena into soup.

🍝

18 Meatballs

Burn auras, chain lightning, stealth dashes, poison clouds, time-warp. Each plays nothing like the last. Unlock them by surviving — then dress them in 30 earned hats.

🔫

55 Weapons · 47 Evolutions

Pea Shooter to Mincegun to Excalimeat — ranged, melee, grenades, beams, orbitals, summons, mortars, mines. Level them, combine duplicates, and evolve a maxed weapon into its ultimate form.

💎

131 Items · 5 Rarities

From common scraps to the Infinity Stone, with 40 build-defining synergies and 5 item sets. Pair the right gear and your run rewrites itself.

🔪

17 Bosses · 33 Mini-Bosses

Multi-phase, real archetype AI, and a splash card for every one — plus 51 enemy types and elite variants between them. The Prep Cook. The Sauce King. The Meatrix.

🎮

Online Co-op & PvP

Up to 4 players over Steam — invite friends straight from the lobby — or LAN and direct IP. Co-op scales to your numbers; PvP runs free-for-all or teams. Friendly fire's off. Your aim isn't.

🍳

The Kitchen

Cook your own meatball. Stock the pantry from past runs, grind, pan-fry and plate it — spice it right and it comes out with a passive. One run per meatball: die, and it gets eaten.

🛡️

Block & Parry

Hold to guard and shave damage off every hit; time it on the front arc to parry, riposte, or bat a bullet straight back where it came from. Six items build around it.

🗓️

Daily · Weekly · Boss Rush · Endless

One seed, one shot, a global leaderboard. Gauntlet the bosses back to back, climb Ascension, pass 18 Trials, go one-life Iron Chef — or share your own Custom Run as a recipe code.

🧾

Order Up! Tickets

Pin optional side-orders to your run at the pass — 40 goals that pay out the moment you serve them. Clear the rail, or let the orders pile up and eat the shame.

Nonna's Shop & Cart

Spend lifetime stars at Nonna's house on daily specials and permanent utensils, then meet her cart between waves. Renovate it and the stock gets better.

🏺

Relics, Machines & Shrines

Beat a boss, wield its relic as an active power. Out in the arena: 10 coin-op machines and 17 shrines, all happy to take your gold, your health, or both.

Hand-Coded Art · Original Soundtrack

Every sprite and sound effect is generated in-engine, under an original recorded score. Full controller support, 8 languages, Windows & Linux, Steam Cloud saves.

Seventeen cooks want you for dinner

One per level in the campaign, alternates on the replays, and they get worse. The rookie's just trying to impress. The last one isn't even a kitchen.

THE PREP COOK

First of the Kitchen

"Still on probation. Extremely eager to impress."

THE BUTCHER

Master of the Meat Grinder

"Grinds meatballs for a living. And, honestly, for fun."

OL' SIZZLER

Keeper of the Deep Fryer

"Runs the fryer at a temperature OSHA would not approve."

THE NECRO-CHEF

Raiser of Leftovers

"Believes strongly in not wasting food. Or corpses."

THE MEATRIX

Reality's Final Course

"There is no spoon. Only fork. Run."

…and five more between them — Mama Meatball, Blinkwurst, General Grillsworth, The Sauce King and the Mirror Maitre D' — plus a second string of alternates covering their shifts: the Line Cook, La Nonna, the Gelato Man, the Sommelier and the Pizzaiolo. And one last diner nobody talks about. Watch the reveal reel ↑
